Come down to the lake, watch the mist roll over, breathe in the eucalyptus perfumed air. A summer retreat in the hills located in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. The town sits roughly 7000 ft. above sea level and is home to the endangered Grizzled Giant Squirrel. It attracts a lot of nature lovers and is a relief from the high temperatures of the plains of South India. A trekking trip, Cycling around the Lake or simply boating in the lake is enough to soak in the pristine ambiance.
